Nowadays, many countries and districts have taken curriculum reforms to meet the challenges in the new century. There are a series of changes taking place in sense of value, training goal, structure of curriculum, teaching method and administrating pattern in the education field. It's an outstanding characteristic of the curriculum in many countries to reconstruct the whole curriculum initiatively, openly and comprehensively. Our country has brought comprehensive learning into the language curriculum structure system for the first time in 2001. It's an organic part in language curriculum along with"Literate and handwriting""Reading""Composition writing""Oral communication".This essay combines the development trend of comprehensive learning education with the new curriculum concept and compares the langrage education in different countries. It analyzes"the comprehensive learning of language"from both theoretical and practical perspectives and brought forward feasible operation strategy.Through the analysis of the investigation , the author puts that there are advantages as well as problems in implementing the comprehensive learning of junior middle school language curriculum .The author summarizes some feasible strategies and carries out education designs on comprehensive learning of junior middle school language curriculum. It can be divided in two types: integrated design of comprehensive ability in the class and practical activity design. The author certified that it is an important assurance of implementing comprehensive learning of language to change and set a new language curriculum concept, to carry on multi-evaluation, to reinforceteachers'training and to promote the development of specialization of teachers.
