The Theoretic Constructions Of A New Gymnastics Courses System Combined With Humanities And Health In The Physical Education Speciality

Facing the great trend of the national reform in higher education, namely "the combination of the human culture teaching and the science teaching" and the requirement of the teaching aims and standards of "the combination of physical education teaching and health teaching" in the physical education speciality of higher education, as well as putting an eye on the "student-oriented" tide of the international higher education, bring forward an idea of conducting a theoretic study to found a new gymnastics curriculum system combined with humanities and health in the physical education speciality of higher education and begin some pilot study on its primary questions, in order to provide certain ideas and references for the founding of the gymnastics curriculum system in the physical education speciality of higher education and to accelerate the further development of gymnastics curriculum and teaching reform on the ground of that.With the help of the literature review method, the expert interview method and the system method, this paper conducts a relatively elaborate study on the primary questions in founding a new gymnastics curriculum system in the physical education speciality of higher education. By analyzing the development process of gymnastic teaching thoughts and ideas, to establish a new gymnastics curriculum system teaching idea, that is, with the sending and receiving of gymnastic culture, to cultivate well developed comprehensive people who are capable multiple gymnastic teaching person with humanist spirit, scientific spirit and health consciousness.As far as the curriculum targets are concerned, according to the requirements of related national documents, combined with the characteristics of gymnastics curriculum, design respectively the elemental targets and developmental targets of gymnastics curriculum to parallel with the five curriculum focuses, namely "sports participation, sports skills, physical health, psychological health and social adaptation". For the setting of curriculum contents, present a kind of content setting means for both gymnastics theory lesson and gymnastics practice lesson, which combines the targets of five courses fields with the contents of human culture teaching, science teaching and health teaching, furthermore, propose to set "expanded gymnastic groups", "capstone gymnastics curriculum" and other innovative contents related.As for the curriculum implement, consider that the implement of the new gymnastics courses system take the advantages of the organically integrated teaching means of human culture teaching, science teaching and health teaching, after adequately acting on the five curriculum focuses, namely "sports participation, sports skills, physical health, psychological health and social adaptation", to cultivate all-round educated people.From the aspect of curriculum evaluating, propose that gymnastics evaluating regard "educating people" as the tenet, base on a curriculum evaluating principle that both combine the qualitative evaluating with the quantitative evaluating and emphasize complex evaluating and process evaluating, by way of integrating "student self-evaluating", "students evaluating mutually" and "teacher appraisal" evaluating means, design three demo charts for reference for each of the evaluating means.The gymnastics curriculum system is a sub-system of the physical education curriculum system.
