In recent years, the physical quality of the middle school students in China showing a declining trend, especially in vision, non-performing rate is rising year by year and tend younger age, the rate of obesity is increasing year by year. In recent years, the school also had students due to security incidents due to physical health, so the physical health problems of young people once again become the focus of attention. However, for young people’s physical health research more is concentrated in the aspects of body shape, function and quality development trend and comparative study, to cause relatively little research on the reasons for the decline in the level of physical health of teenagers. By analyzing the causes of adolescent decline in physical health, including social, school, parents and students’ own factors, the school has an important influence on the physical health of adolescents decreased.Students take sports, sports is the most direct place for study of school physical education. At the same time, the school sports students is to enhance physical fitness, an important way to cultivate lifelong sports consciousness. Most of the time is spent in the middle school students in schools, especially in rural boarding schools, physical exercise should be a positive role to improve the physical health level of students from. First middle school of Beijing Shunyi Niulanshan is a boarding secondary focus, Beijing is the first demonstration of high school, the school has excellent sports facilities, there are plenty of sports equipment for students to practice. School in 2011- 2014 to construct the sports curriculum system, relying on the curriculum system, of curriculum system implementation of Niulanshan students physical health effects of experiments were conducted to study, analysis of the results, stimulates the student to study the healthy physical training method, simultaneously raises the student lifelong sports idea and the sports curriculum content is more reasonable and more scientific, reasonable and effective. To explore effective ways to improve students’ physical fitness, and to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the improvement of students’ physical fitness in Beijing city.This study adopts literature method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Niulanshan in the physical condition of the students to carry on the investigation, according to the implementation of curriculum system of physical education impact on students’ physical health, according to the design of the specific content of the physical education curriculum system and implement the teaching experiment lasted 18 weeks. Results show:1.2015 Niulanshan senior middle school students’ physical health is poor as a whole, most of the items in the average scores in good and pass the level, average scores not in outstanding level of the project. Grade three high relative to the first grade students, the indicators are better than the first grade high, but the growth rate is not.2.Curriculum reform, the college physical education system gradually established Niulanshan one, specific content includes four courses. First class curriculum for teaching, sports and health classroom teaching; the second course activity course, elective course, morning exercises, calisthenics, extracurricular sports activities; the third class curriculum for campus life, content for sports clubs, club of rivers, interest group; the four kinds of courses for social practice, content for military training and zipper activities, on behalf of the club in school competitions and international exchanges in sports activities, guide students in holiday self fitness and actively participate in the residential community, outdoor and other forms of physical activity.3. In teaching technology in traditional teaching with physical exercises, in the morning and recess exercises to ensure students running, in the form of sports interest group to improve the students’ interest in sports. In social practice hiking zipper form students hone their will quality. By the 18 week experiment, the students in the experimental class were in strength, speed, stamina, agility and flexibility and other physical quality improvement, and improved better than control class.4. The 18 week teaching experiment proved, Niulanshan in sports curriculum system implementation is feasible can not only improve the students physical quality and technology, but also improve the students’ interest to participate in physical exercise, for the formation of lifelong sports consciousness to lay the foundation.
