The Probe Of Leisure Education's Idea

Owning leisure is the venerable dream of human. In old Greece Aristotle had said:"man is happy only when he has leisure, and use the leisure correctly is the basic to be a freedom man."Today, with the development of science and technology, the dream is becoming a reality gradually. But if without the correct guiding and education leisure also may be trap. For example, the improper leisure or the indulgently leisure not only make us be easy to idle our time and go astray but also bring bad influence to society ethos. So leisure needs education.With the rise of industry civilization, education became gradually"the education for position", which brought up the main body of work, while leisure is ignored. This made many problems in our daily leisure life: be at grass, fastidious and emptiness, beer and skittles, madness consumes and so on. At the same time, leisure education in our country is very lag. One reason is traditional culture emphasis on"hard working", on the other hand is people has the prejudice on leisure and leisure was looked down on for its"inutility", especially in our society of"benefit is paramount". So we strongly call for the study of leisure education theory, to arise people to care about it to reconsider the aim of our education, to concern with the quality of our life, to make good use of leisure and finally make us own a kind of freedom, aesthetic and harmonious life.This thesis has three parts:The first, it unscrambles the understanding of leisure through looking back the traditional idea and analysis the meaning of today's leisure. On this basis form the point of view"leisure has been the beautiful sprit homestead of man", and make it as the basic of the thesis. Then analysis the problem of real-life leisure, finally draw a conclusion on"leisure call education".
