The Research For University Student Class Cadre's Competence

The competence research is a hot topic in psychology and behavior survey field at present. In recent years, the problem of university student class cadre's management ability become more prominent day by day, it has caused the parties concerned to pay more attention, to be urgent highly needs to carry out the relative research. This article reviews the competence's connotation, the research beginning and the development, competence model constructing and testing method as well as it has carried on in the education administration field, and it also elaborates the role and the significance of the way that competence characteristic is applied to the talented person evaluate after testing in the method, then we applies the theory and the method of it to the university student class cadre's judgment and selection work, the paper elaborates the process and the technical method of the university student class cadre's competence ,a basic model which is for the selection work of university student class cadre based on competence is given. Finally the paper has carried on the necessary analysis discussion regarding this, it also proposes several points and suggestion about the model based on the university student class cadre competence.This subject research is precisely launched based on the current student class cadre's competence, the researcher herself who also is a school class cadre,so takes it as the standpoint by this, unifies the actual situation, inquires into the realistic problems, proposes corresponding countermeasure to solve the problems, draws close to the essence of university student class cadre management, which causes the topic research to have intense pointing and the bright current relevance, thus embodies the significant reality guiding sense, and reveals practical value, and provides theessential practice basis for my school student control branch..This article has the certain guiding sense to the work of the university student classcadre selection-appoint.This paper is composed by three parts:The first part is the comprehensive review and the system reorganization about the background of the competence research. From the beginning of 70's 20th century, McClelland proposed competence concept in his symbol significance article, 《Testing for competence rather than for intelligence》 ,the fundamental research and the application of competence spread immediately in all the rage of western nations such as America, England, Canada ,and it became a front idea of management 1980s,Thepresent paper has carried on the thorough comprehensive elaboration to the competence's theory and the practice research, makes a summary to the related research results and the literature material.The second part is the concrete research for the university student class cadre's competence. From the aspects of competence's theory and practice research, we use the questionnaire survey and the interview method to carry on the comparative external analysis to the traditional university student class cadre selection-appoint system, thus establish the university student class cadre selection-appoint model based on competence.The third part elaborates initially the enlightenment and the ponder, about the selection-appoint model and the characteristic based on competence to the university student class cadre selection-appoint system.
