University Graduate Cadre Organization Building Research

The education of graduate students has improved since 1990s. The graduate student cadres is one important part in school, which is the core and important for education and practice. Because of the graduate student cadre organizations'features, there are some leakages in management so that the schools do not pay great attention to the graduate student cadres. The school can raise the efficiency of the organization and the quantity of the graduate students with the features of graduate student cadre organizations and some management methods.The article analyses the graduate student cadre organizations'problems by arranging documents, comparing analysis and empirical analysis.
