Analysis Of College Student Cadres Status And Selection

The role of student cadres is indispensable for the student administration in colleges and universities. At present, student cadre group and its function are not optimistic, and there is no scholar who has studied this problem professionally, systematically and comprehensively in ideological and political education aspect. So the attempt was carried out in this paper to analysis the problem in this way.Based on the current college student cadre group questionnaire investigation, the current college student cadre’s basic situation is classified, summarized and analyzed, which gives the light of further exploration and verification. Advances of the college student cadre election are of vital. To improve the criteria of student cadre election if of the core element. There are mainly four sections in this research as follows.The first section of this paper is to discuss the origin and meaning of student cadres election. The current situation of election of student cadres is summarized and the new idea and method proposed in this research are introduced.The basic qualities of university student cadres and related categories are defined in second section. The problems are tracked for the election of students cadres and new methods are discussed.In section three, the principles, procedures and method to select cadres are proposed based on many points of view.The‘Ice burg Model’is introduced in the election of student cadres in the forth section. The competence of student cadres are studied as the key element. Three method to certify the cadres are discussed.Based on scientific research, the election and qualification methods are proposed and measured, which is also applied in the administration of career of the author.
