The Influence Of Class Cadre Selection Methond On Learning Motivation

Learning motivation is a kind of internal motivation to promote students' learning activity in the school situation, and it is a need to encourage and guide students to learn. In the last decade, learning motivation has become a hot research topic in the field of educational psychology, and the research results of the study are also emerging. The research shows that the selection method of the class has a significant correlation, but the way to promote the students' learning motivation is not found by the way of the selection of the class cadre. Research results show:1.Most of the rural junior high school students' learning motivation level is generally low;2.There are gender differences in learning motivation of rural junior high school students;3.The selection method of the democratic election system can promote the improvement of the level of learning motivation;4.The selection method of the rotation system can promote the level of learning motivation;5.The level of learning motivation in the class and the democratic election system is significantly higher than the appointed class.
