Reasearch On Tactics Of The Balanced Development In Compulsory Education In Yibin Cuiping District

The balanced development in compulsory education in a region is the inevitable orientation of the education policy.At present the regarding research still mainly pauses in the macroscopic plane.Not enough has been studied on the balanced development in compulsory education in a region,especially in a county district.This article studies and analyzes the huge disparity in the development in compulsory education in the region and in light of this gives some suggestions.The article is divided into four chapters altogether.Chapter One: Introduction.The author elaborates the vital significance of the balanced development in compulsory education in Cuiping District and a brief introduction about the the domestic and foreign relevant theories and experiences. The author also puts forward to the problems to be studied and the methods to be used in the end.Chapter Two:The present state of the non-balanced development in compulsory education in Cuiping District.Through the investigation and analysis of the compulsory schools,the author concludes the problems such as level of development,government funds.teacher troop,equipment facilities and teaching quality in the balanced development in compulsory education.Chapter Three:Theoretical analysis about the non-balanced development of the compulsory education in Cuiping District. Based on the fair theory in the public management ,the theory of the government responsibilities and that of the culture reproduction of the education ,the author analyzes the causes of the non-balanced development in compulsory education in Cuiping District from the aspects of social system,education system,policy measures and regional culture.Chapter Four:Pondering on the tactics of the balanced development in compulsory education in Cuiping District. In accordance with non-balanced state and causes ,the author proposes to realize the balanced and coordinated development in compulsory education in the region by four policy suggestions,which are the strengthening government responsibilities and innovating the system of management, the transforming weak schools and paying attention to the weak,the strengthening information technology of the school and sharing highly qualified education resources,the adjusting the teacher policies and handling each school well.
