The educational research is a scientific research that involves the human beings. Obviously it has the ethical properties. But there are many nonstandard Study Ethics problems in the educational research in China, such as disrespecting people, ignoring the people, violation in the science researches, etc. These circs have not only being disobeyed the educational nature which worships the ethics, but blocked the educational research development of its own.As it is a scientific research of ethical nature, the educational research is different from the general science ones in research ethics. Of course it requires the researchers obey the ethical rules in the general science research. Especially it needs that the educational researcher should recognize the characteristic, functions, objectives and worthiness of the educational research. On this these bases, the educational researchers should blend the solicitude of the ethics into all kinds of the educational research activities, for the selection of the educational research tasks, the choice of the research theories and mode, describing the research fruit, valuing the research fruit, using and extending the research and so on.According to the analysis of the nonstandard study ethics problems in educational research, it is necessary to strengthen the researchers' research moral idea, enhance the theoretical studies and normal actions in the practice of the ethics in the educational research. Simultaneously it is important to form the rational evaluation system and right legal guarantee system. Then there will be built an ethics mechanism which is conjoined with the researchers' discipline of their own, intendances of others and law. For these benefits, the nonstandard study ethics problems in the educational research should be solved easily. And this mechanism is good for advancing the researchers' moral cognition, standardizing the research behaviors of the researchers' so as to cause the true and good educational research.
