| The effort from family, school and the society contributes to the youngsters' growing-up. Family education is an essential education form and plays important roles. However, we have neglected the investigation on Vocational High-School students' family education in the long run. Meanwhile, some parents have some misunderstanding on education. They regard education as the responsibility of the schools and teachers. The paper mainly aims to analyze the advantage and disadvantage of vocational high students' family education by interview and polls. Finally I will come up with the solution and strategies.The main purpose of the paper is not to raise worthless suggestions on vocational high students' family education, but to find the features of it and to appeal to the social humanity by social survey. The paper's research method is the combination of the research of essence and amount.At the beginning, it indicates the situation and the general features of students' family education and its problems by the polls. Then by interviews with several students and their parents, the concrete situation of their family education will be shown.According to some researches on Vocational High-School students' parents, it is found that their degrees are generally not high and are mainly workers or clerks. Moreover, the percent of laid-off fathers are 11% and that of laid-off mothers 13%. Total income of households monthly is below 3,000RMB to 60% of the families. However, the parents appreciate the studies of their children. 75.5% of the parents hope their children can continue their study.79.1% hope their children can obtain the bachelor degree. In fact, 58.7% are dissatisfied with their children's performance. Such contradiction reflects the great distance between expectation and reality of Vocational High-School students' education.
