It's no doubt that high vocational colleges can't develop without soft and hard material conditions, they count more on teachers as educational professional talents: abide by the artifices of institutions and punishments, the key of improving the qualities lies in the teachers' heart , that is, depending on the improvement teachers intellectual patterns when the thinking ways of a single teacher and the whole, concepts of value and behavior habits have been enhanced and the mental models which are beneficial for the improvement of teaching faculty have been formed , the improvement of quality and enhancement of teachers' abilities will be a spontaneous action and then a behavior of the whole team.Referring to some relevant theories at home and abroad, based on "Mental Models" by Peter Senge, the author employed the method of research on documents, survey and interview to analyze the effect and nurturing of teacher's knowledge storage, capacity structures, demeanors, ways of thinking on student's thoughts and feelings, mental features, moralities and sentiment, qualities of wills, and personal mentality, study the mental models of teachers in high vocational colleges; put forward that teachers' mental models are made up of wide views, comprehensive mentality, outstanding qualities, national and consummate knowledge structure; explore the following questions' through strengthening their study, establishing common wishes, integrating the concepts of value, educating of teachers' ethnics, building up lofty professional ideals, adjusting and unbosoming, amplifying the ways to practice mental medals for healthy mentality.Research has found that: the mental mode of teachers consists of a sound psychology, excellent quality, reasonable and complete structure of knowledge and ability. By enhancing the self-awareness ; working harder and harder; improving overall quality; setting up a common goal; unifying concept of values, strengthening ethics education, fostering a lofty career ideal, positive conditioning and venting; promoting the inner molding of psychological health by means of mental modes. Through creating a good social atmosphere, and creating a harmonious working environment in schools, building op the physical environment of campus and management mechanism and incentive mechanism, establishing a campus culture centered on "team spirit", and other factors to campus environment, in order to promote the improvement of teachers' mental mode. And as a leader of respecting others, communicating equally, awareness of innovation to improve the ideal mode.
