The development of the course resources is a rising question for the study. The definition of the course resources and the theoretical and practical research related to it mainly focuses on the similarities while lacking in concern on the characteristics and advantages of particular regions. In our country, the study on the development of the course resources of chemistry experiment course is still at its primary stage and the study in this field is quite weak, it is even a blank in Inner Mongolian area. The study object is the development of the course resources of national middle school chemistry experiment in the western part of Inner Mongolian area by the means of research, interview, and reference books. Based on the survey and study in those schools, this paper discusses the strategies suitable to the development of the course resources of national junior middle school chemistry experiment in the Inner Mongolian area.There are six chapters as follows:The first chapter is the general statement on the course resources, mainly analyzing the connotation, category and characteristics, clarifying the definition and categories of the course resource of chemistry experiment course in general term and analyzing the characteristics of the new course book in middle schools and the demand of the new course book to course resources of chemistry experiment course.The second chapter is the survey and analysis of the present situation of the development of the course resources of chemistry experiment course.The third chapter is about the discussions on the principles of the development of the course resources of chemistry experiment course.
