This article through solving the actual problem present situation to the current middle-school student to carry on the questionnaire survey, as well as generalizing analysis and so on individual interview, pointed out in the present mathematics teaching and the assessment existing biased place. The union teaching reality, proposed in the classroom instruction utilizes the performance assessment the necessity. It has analyzed the performance assessment characteristic, the theory basis and the design method. And it aims at aspect and so on classroom instruction way, strategy, appraisal conducts, the concrete research microscopically, thus explains some viewpoints and proposes for enhances the middle-school student mathematics application, the cooperation exchange and the process information ability classroom instruction and the appraisal way.This classroom instruction and the appraisal way, are taking student's development as a basis, transfering and developing students' main body as the objective. According to mathematics discipline characteristic, unified the student factor and the teacher factor, in the article, proposes improvement classroom instruction and some strategies as the foliowings: Through guidence the student from to arrange the social hot spot the application question, to background question proposing with the solution, raises student's application consciousness, creates the cooperation through the classroom in for the student the opportunity, trains the student to cooperate the exchange ability. Through teaching the method, the close relation course content arrangement investigation duty, the prompt feedback and so on it trains the student to collect the information ability. And it has designed the appraisal table, the rank meter and so on. Correctly used, the suitable appraisal method, is for the purpose of causing the student unceasingly to experience at in mathematics curriculum study process progresses and succeeds, knows oneself, establishes self-confidently, promotes the student mathematics ability full scale development; Causes the teacher to obtain the feedback information, carries on reconsidering and the suitable adjustment to own teaching behavior, unceasingly raises the education teaching level. In the article following the model case to explain both the theory to elaborate, and the teaching practice, is for the purpose of mathematics teacher which teaches to having the certain inspiration.
