With the new curriculum reform of basic education has been carried out, the curriculum standards promulgated, it provides an important basis for evaluation of the academic achievement of students. The new junior high school mathematics curriculum standards:mathematics is a basic knowledge which students must grasp, it plays an important role in the study and the life of us, to explain phenomena of nature and social, should pay attention to the mathematical knowledge, higher level thinking and more complex learning, and the emotion of the students in mathematical activities as well, and then improve the comprehensive quality of students. In the new curriculum, the following points are layed out:students are required to have high hierarchy analysis problem ability and the comprehensive use of the knowledge to solve practical problems, which requires us to adopt the ways of the class evaluation of new performance evaluation methods in class assessment.Currently, the performance evaluation for studens has been studied widely, but the studies on mathematics education, especially the on the junior middle school mathematics education are very few. Secondly, the performance evaluation plays an important role in mathematics teaching, has an irreplaceable role in the high level of mathematical ability of students. Therefore, the following studies will focus on how to effectively evaluate performance evaluation for junor mathematics education.This paper focuses on the study in the junior middle school mathematics classroom education wthin the period of40minutes in classroom. The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the thesis, domestic and foreign research situation and so on, and illustrates the importance of assessment of student learning and development. The second chapter is the theoretical core part of the article. It provides the concept of the performance evaluation, its theoretical basis, and teaching evaluation is discussed. The third chapter and the four chapter are the core part of the argument and verification. The third chapter presents the relative data through the question survey, analyzses and gets the detail survey results. The fourth chapter analyzes the influences and acceptance results about the performance evaluation of students in the classroom, and then discusses the advantages of the evaluation stratey, the creditability and effeciency of the valuer. The fifth chapter illustrates the position and relationship of performance evaluation and traditional education evaluation, it provides how to deal the relationship about the evalution and education, and about the evalution and verification, which is vital problem of carrying out the whole evaluation.
