The TaiQi MBA Training Center is a school that provides the entrance examination training for the reference student of MBA exclusively, is also the large training organization of the row before our country MBA test guided the boundary to enjoy the good reputation, the marketing share to reside the profession before. Pass the guidance training in the TaiQi MBA Training Center, can pass the rate with the assurance student of the biggest degree. However in the MBA before education market, because of this profession not norm and huge profits, drew on numerous organizations to flow out to go into, difficult do not need the fish eye passes as pearl, the want for norm, exposed some not mature characteristic.Nowadays the competition of the domestic MBA assisting training program is very intensive ,TaiQi Training Center only take scientific and reasonable marketing strategy, only in this way can TaiQi exist and develop in the intensive competition, so firstly we should correctly analyze the internal and external surroundings and center's itself ,and know our advantages and disadvantages, and then subdivide the customers and decide the objects market, according to the practical condition and the developing objects of the enterprise and lastly decide the competitive 4P marketing strategy.This paper can divide four parts.The first part is introduction, it mainly illustrate the background,purpose and meaning of the study, and expound the research outlook and develop trend of the domestic and overseas studies and the studying methods and the basic structure of the paper.The second part is about the marketing background analysis of the TaiQi MBA Training Center and this part analyze the micro-and-macro background, which is faced by the TaiQi MBA Training Center and also analyze the problem of the development condition, competition power of the TaiQi MBA Training Center and make our company's advantage and disadvantage clear.The third part is about the object market choice and market decision of the TaiQi MBA Training Center. Because there are many reasons concerning the market subdivision, this paper mainly subdivide the mental and behavior factor of the customer on the basis of geographical factor, and ultimately choose the object market according to the attraction and development of the market and make the right market position for the benefit of the objective customer's recognition and fully practice of the enterprise's advantage.The fourth part provides the marketing strategy of the TaiQi MBA Training Center, as to the objective market the TaiQi MBA Training Center design corresponding product, price, place and promotion of the marketing strategy. The conclusion of this paper received good practical examination in the TaiQi MBA training center.
