Investigation On The Establishment Of Research-oriented University Talented Contingent

In face of 21^st century, how our colleges and universities face the competition, which becomes intense on a daily basis, is a great problem that advanced education undertaking is facing. The establishment of research-oriented universities has not only been a need for the development of requirement, but also a developing tendency of advanced education. When learning extensively the developing history of colleges and universities and taking the successful experiences of foreign colleges into account, one can find there is no exception that the key to a university doesn't lie in buildings but in great teachers. If a university wants to succeed in the future competition, many a great teacher and splendid achievements are sure to be required. Undoubtedly, the construction of talented contingent rises to an essential problem, which should be a priority to study and solve in establishing research-oriented university.Traditionally speaking, construction of teachers' contingent has not met the developing needs for establishing research-oriented universities. Therefore, the traditional ideas and actions should be changed and a good plan has to be established for constructing talented contingent with refreshing notions, ideal establishment and bold exploration.
