Practising The Permeation Mental Health Education Of Primary School Headteachers

Content: Permeation education is a kind of form as natural and influencing. The "permeation mental health education of primary school headteachers" will avoid the situation of sigal professional contigent. It will mitigate the contraclition of shortage in needs and resources about mental health education during a short periol in our country. It will enrich the theory of schools' mental health education and the headteachers' work in our country. After fostering a group of primary headteachers in mastering mental health education theory and practice skills, it will be important on theory and practice for developing and renewing the schools' permeation mental health education.This article expounds the significance, necessity and feasibility on permeation mental health education. After investigating the work of Permeation Mental Health Education in Xinzhou District of Shangrao City, I found the deficiency of Permeation Mental Health Education of prinatry headteachers and analyses the reasons and points out the basic reguirements on Permeation Mental Health Education in primary head teachers. I consider that if we implement the work in an all-round way, we can promote the pupils' healthy growth in an all-round way.
