A Coping Research And Survey On The Current Situation Of The Work Stress Of The Head Teachers In Primary Schools In Lhasa City

As a special group of teachers,the head teacher bears very important responsibilities in the education and teaching process.It is not only the organizer,educator,and leader of the class,but also the main carer and leader of the students’ moral growth,forming moral quality and shaping the mind of the students.In addition to regular teaching work,they must also conduct ideological and moral education,handle class emergencies and deal with various problems for parents.Under such heavy work pressure,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the work of headteachers in terms of stabilizing the team of head teachers,improving the quality of teaching,and caring for the physical and mental health of the head teacher groups.This thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction part.The second part is a survey of the current status of work pressure on some primary school teachers in Lhasa.The third part analyzes the causes of the work pressure of primary school headteachers.The fourth part is to put forward measures to ease the work pressure of primary school headteachers.Mainly from the active support of the socialgovernment,the scientific management of the school organization and the personal response of the head teacher,this thesis put forward three measures.
