A good physics aptitude test paper is often the central manifestation of the advanced education concepts, but it is not easy to produce a good physics exam paper that can measure a student's aptitude comprehensively, objectively and scientifically, hence it is necessary to master the theories of measurement for education to guide the routine exam paper design.In order to discriminate students of different abilities, test papers should meet certain requirements. In this paper in order to ensure reasonable reliability, validity and discrimination, the writer explores to research into the difficulty design and prediction in exam paper production and tentatively presented a difficulty design model.The writer has testified the feasibility to predict difficulty of physics tests by employing SPSS to analyze correlation between predicted difficulty and factual difficulty.
