In recent years, along with the extension of the education demand, the number of high school enrollment increased to considerable proportion of incremental. There is a great change in the structure of school students. The number of learning-difficulty students has grown significantly, especially in learning physics. The existing basic physics concepts of the new curriculum are to focus on improving the scientific literacy of all students. To help the learning-difficulty students find the reason of learning difficulties, and take appropriate measures is the responsibility that can not shirk for each first line teacher.Metacognition is its own cognitive self-awareness and self-control. The level of academic achievement of the students is positively correlated with the level of metacognition significantly. The level of metacognition development is one of the very important reasons which affect learning process of the learning-difficulty students.This paper uses logic, literature and research methods combining theory survey , analyses the general reasons that cause the student feel difficulties in learning physics, discuss the metacognition development features of the learning- difficulty student, and put forward teaching strategies that help the learning- difficulty student improve the metacognitive ability and help them improve the ability of solving Physical problem.
