| It's well known that "basic knowledge" and "basic skills" are very important in fundamental education, especially in math learning. But the old-fashioned traditional teaching, which emphasizes the key position of teaching and teachers, limits students' active study. This prevents students from developing their creative abilities. Nowadays under the instruction of creative education, "Double-Bases" teaching is faced with newly-developing chance, which is realized again as soon as the gate to 21st century is open.The aim of the research on math teaching is to make it's function to get onto the best road, even though education plays an important role in the development of students so that the students' creativeness can be trained as much as possible. That is why the research on the teaching of "Double Bases" and the cultivation of creative thought is founded. My article explains those from the viewpoint of philosophy, education, psychology, thought science and logic. In practice, I use these to make experiments to cultivate the students' achievement and abilities of analyzing, solving problems and abilities of competition. Then how shall we dig out the creativeness in the teaching of Double bases, and how shall we probe into study according to the double-base-teaching method? I think it the most important to have a good command? I think it the most important to have a good command of the suitability and balance of "Double Bases "and creativeness; Only when you find out what appropriate condition it meets in practice will you harvest the maximum.
