With the advancement of age and society, women have been an essential part of the work force in a society. In the process of taking part in social activities, however, women have to face more baffles and troubles and are less likely to ensure the security of their careers, due to their special physiological structure, the different division of social work and the long history of social culture. According to the related studies, most of them concern either women's motivations, mentality and behaviors in working process, or the practical working problems, such as the unemployment, the difficulty of being employed and reemployed, the absence of safeguards for women's special labor rights. The scattered studies on individuals and specific working problems, result in the lack of macrocosmic grasp of women's working situation, and make it difficult to summarize rules and effectively guide the practical activities. On the bases of social background and practical conditions, this article puts forward the concept of the security of women's career for the first time, upgrading the women's working problems from the specific phenomena to academic level, hoping to inspire more comprehensive and profound studies in the future.In the preclusive part of the article, concepts like career, the security of career and the security of women's career are explicitly defined. And the significance of the security of women's career are also elucidated. In the following part, by reviewing the working process of the enterprise women in our country, the article summarizes four characters and trends, which provides directions for further study on the influencing factors for the security of women's career.By analyzing the complex influencing factors for the security of enterprise...
