The classroom is the main place to educate the middle school students to study knowledge and develop intelligence and form ability in the school. Thus, it is undoubtedly the important way to make good teaching result that using and making good use of very effective bilateral teaching activity of teachers and students .In order to this purpose .we must get hold of every classroom tightly and design meticulously every link of the classroom. Meantime ,we must give play to the initiative of student's study to improve classroom instruction efficiency.The article includes two parts of contents mainly:theory part and practice part. Have made brief show and summary to the development of the teaching design theory mainly with theory part . Practice part is divided into two respects content again: firstly ,I design the achievement of the theoretical research in order to draw lessons from the experts and scholars about teaching and combine one's own teaching practice and base on reality to have explained and enclosed the real case to each key element of the classroom instruction course;secondly,the practice result about the fact that the classroom instruction course is designed of carring on oneself in the real work has done analysis summarizing.
