With the promoting of the curriculum reform,the mode of traditional classroom have been changed.Regarding students as the main body of the classroom,teachers pay more attention on the efficiency of classroom.High efficient classroom,which includes two aspects of the bilateral teaching activities.One aspect,teachers teach efficiently,on the other hand students study effectively.High efficient classroom can embodies the "people-oriented" more sufficiently.Organic chemistry has an important role not only in high school chemistry study,but also plays an important role in the social and economic development in the human life.In the High efficient classroom teaching mode,this paper studied the teaching design and practice of organic chemistry in the high school.In the process of education teaching,chemistry teaching design as a bridge between teaching practice and theory in chemistry.Not only that,chemistry teaching design is also an important prerequisite and guarantee for improving the efficiency of high school chemistry classroom teaching,And it is also important path to achieve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching.Regarding the compiling pattern of organic chemistry textbook has been changed,and the knowledge presenting ways are also different,therefore,the design of the teaching mode and teaching of organic chemistry must be change accordingly.This thesis is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is introduction.Mainly summarized the research background,research status both at home and abroad,and presented the research content and significance.The second part is the theoretical basis and research methods.Introducing the learning motivation theory,constructivism theory and meta-cognitive theory,humanism theory.Based on the idea of research,the research method of this paper is determined.The third part is the practice of organic chemistry teaching in high school.Two classes of middle school in PuLanDian are chosen as the research object,select contents of chemistry textbook compulsory 2 using literature analysis,action research,observing,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods.Organic chemistry in high school classroom education teaching practice and research.The fourth part is the research conclusion and reflect,based on the comparative of the effect of high efficiency organic chemistry teaching classroom,summarized the teaching practice effect.
