The competition between the countries is the economic potentiality, the education; and between the associations is the benefit competition, the management competition. In the final analysis they all are talented person's competition, human's quality competition, specially human's individual competition. Bu the individuality is not born that way, it is molded on all sides, the family, the school, and the society. A good individuality relates directly to individual survival and the development, therefore, everyone should have the necessity actual to embark from himself, optimize the self- individuality unceasingly. This article attempts to study the individuality quality theory by the synthesis of psychology and the pedagogy, to study the mutual relationship between the mathematics teaching and the individuality quality systemly. According to middle-school students′characteristics, with the foundation of the theory and the practice, how to raise the student good individuality quality to the middle school mathematics teaching will be discussed and researched. The full text altogether divides into three parts.The first part proposes the importance and the necessity of raising good individuality quality On one hand, the current international competition intensed , in the final analysis is human's quality competition intensed, therefore, the need to raise the middle-school students good individuality meets the time to develop. On the other hand, "Nine Years Compulsory education and Full-time Junior middle school Mathematics Program of instruction" centrally pointed out that, the junior middle school teaching is a main discipline in compulsory education. It has the positive role for the students formation of good individuality quality obviously. The education further deepens along with all-around development, to raise the goodindividuality quality is day by day goes forward to the direction and the request of the education form. Besides the middle-school student is being at the important stage which the intelligence and the non- intelligence ability comprehensively fosters, to raise their good individuality quality is the realistic need in this stage. At last, the modern talented person view emphasizes each kind of talented person should have the common quality, that is: individuality, creativity, development spirit. So the accomplishment of being such talented person need the good individuality quality raised.The second part implies how the middle school mathematics influence the students individuality quality from connotation and the characteristic of the individuality quality, from the nature of middle school mathematics discipline, from the function, and the good individuality quality in mathematics study and so on . And the relations elaborated between the middle-school student good individuality quality and mathematics teaching.The third part conducts the thorough research to raise the student good individuality quality on the middle school mathematics teaching in the fields of practice and the theory, and proposes a series of feasible methods to raise good individuality quality.1stly, to renew the idea, the mathematics teacher should not only to teach but also to nurture human's idea to the students. 2ndly, in mathematics teaching practice, the teachers should use varied teaching methods to stimulate student's study interest, to foster the tenacious study will and a good self-confidence for the mathematics, and the formation of a good study custom. Finally, some questions which the middle-school students good individuality quality should pay attention must be emphasized.
