The teacher education is one of the topics of contemporary educationteaching research simultaneously there are quite a lot research results on theindividuality question in the philosophy, the psychology. Based on the ponder under thepresent age educational background from the pedagogy angle to the teacherindividuality, which is certain significance to our education fundamental research andthe educational reform. The education is the spiritual creation process through whichteacher and student mind harmonious resonating, the mutual influence, appreciatesmutually. It is the mind to the mind creation. Let our education have more democracies,more equalities, more science, more individualities!—This is the time summon,because this is make our nationality to move towards the great revival, advocat the raisenimble diverse, and has the creativity individuality person.The national destiny prosperity and decline is decided by in the education theeducation prosperity and decline in the teacher. The teacher who favors in regards bythe positive way oneself, can accurately, realistically comprehend the world which theyand locate, has the sincere sympathy to other people, has the self-feeling of satisfaction,the self-dependent feeling, the self-value feeling. Su Home Lynskey says, an anyindividuality characteristic teacher, he has not raised the student cannot have anycharacteristic. Fostering teacher's individuality has the great significance, educating thequality, the school sustainable development, teacher's individual development, thestudent individuality development and so onThis article has mainly following four aspect research: First, from the philosophy,the psychology, the pedagogy had the research results to summarize the individualityconnotation, then puts forward teacher's individuality. The teacher individuality is theteacher's the psychological tendency and the behavior way sum total through theteaching classroom instruction, scientific research, education administration, teacherstudy displays of education field territory, which is teacher's morals, the knowledge, theteaching, the life synthesis performance. We should analyze regarding the teacher individuality from three stratification planes: The teacher takes certain social theactivity time individuality; The teacher took in one kind of occupation and the societyother relativities and so on occupation like doctor, attorney called the professionalindividuality; Being engaged in the education domain work the teacher individual calledits individuality. Second, it exerts oneself from the teacher knowledge, the morals, theteaching, lives four aspect individuality dimension to carry on elaborates the teacherindividuality manifestation. Third, teacher's individuality activity space lies in theschool, which provides four education field territory of the classroom instruction, thescientific research, the education teaching management, the teacher study. Fourth, weanalyzes fosters the teacher individuality influence factor and proposes the relatedstrategy. Finally to the paper summary, the teacher individuality which must solve in thetheory and the practice research institute, it waits for thoroughly the continuation, thesystem research.
