| After the research on the development history of individuality teaching and its main domestic and foreign thoughts, the thesis indicates the historical inevitability of individuality teaching reform in physical education which is one of the current main objectives of Chinese physical higher education. It accords not only with the prevailing developing tendency of the individual education around the world, but also with the demands of the time and current Chinese society for compound talents with different individualities.By analyzing the characteristics of the criteria of new physical course, the thesis shows that after the slogans of 'Makings Education' and 'Health First' were put forward by Ministry of Education in the 1990s, with the historical background of adapting to the world's social and economical development and learning foreign advanced teaching experiences, the main direction and content of the physical education reform is to promote the entirely free development of students' individualities. That is, individuality is the connotation of this physical education reform tide under the criteria of new course. Many precious practical fruits have been achieved in the development of Chinese physical teaching reform on individuality. By analyzing the factors of affecting reform in teaching practices, the thesis finds that in the layers of student, teacher and college administration, there are a lot of elements which don't adapt to the 'Makings Education' of the new time and the teaching reform. In order to push the smooth development of the teaching reform of individuality, these elements should be innovated accordingly.For the purpose of promoting 'Makings Education' and developing the teaching of individuality, domestic and foreign advanced practical experiences should be used for reference and the related elements be analyzed by combining the real situations in China. In the layer of teaching, reforms should be made in the aspects of changing over teaching concepts, inducting and helping college student to realize the successful conversion to the physical education of college, diversifying teaching forms, innovating teaching strategies, and establishing new study evaluation system. In the layer of teaching administration, reforms should be put forward in the aspects of adjusting course settings, innovating the assessment mechanism for college physical education teachers, establishing the training mechanism for improving the makings of the college teachers, and creating college physical education teaching environment full of modern consciousness. |
