It has arrived at a common understanding throughout the world that we should pay close attention to the state of students' psychological health and their psychological development problems. The education in the middle school is the key period of personal development and it is called "the period lacking of nutrients" or "the psychological crisis period" by the psychologist. Strengthening the education of psychological health of the students is an important subject of contemporary education in middle school as well as the new demand which is available in the education of knowledge economy eara. This subject tries to research the practice of middle school psychological health education and seek for some strategies by combining future with reality, theory with practice and principles with creation.By inspecting the present situation and the existing problems of students' psychological health in our school, we found that the school has come to a realization of the necessity, major object, main subject of developing psychological health education and also the relationship between scores of exams and psychological health. At the same time there are also some problems, such as the lack of knowledge of the importance of promoting psychological health education, and the vague understandings on the relationship between psychological health education and education in ethics. There are also some confused ideas about the task, content, solution and approach of it. The time of promoting psychologist education, the managerial system, the brokerage input, quality of the faculty, the effect and the solution to the education of psychology health are still in its initial stage. The managerial system is not sound , the faculty is in short supply . The quality of the faculty is not high, the method of promoting is monotonous and the education content is lopsided. The developing level also needs increasing.From the above analyze, it has been pointed out that the inhibiting factors are in many ways. The first is the inhibiting of ideas of promoting psychological health education. The second is the influence from social environment. The third factor is the restrict of the atmosphere of school. The fourth one is that family atmosphere has influence on psychological health education. The fifth inhibiting factor is that the content, method and approach of promoting psychological health education. At last, the managerial level of the leaders and the quality of the faculty of the school are also the key factor which have much effect on the practice of psychological education.In view of the existing situation, the essay researched the practice of psychological health education of middle school and brings in some strategies. Firstly, the school should give wide publicity to the importance of the psychological health education, making it known to us all and participated by all of us, thus creating a good atmosphere. Secondly, we should establish sound and complete managerial system, strengthening the leadership of developing psychological health education and estate complete evaluation system. Thirdly, he school should improve its environment. The super administrative department should enlarge the financial input and the school should also collect more money to facilitate the basic "hardware", ensuring the developing of psychological health education. The school should emphasize the construction of "software", strengthening the construction of the teachers' faculty.
