A Research On Environmental Education Of Geography Education In Junior Middle School

Environmental Education, an educational domain,which is thought highly of all around the world at present,is regarded as the only way to solve the problem of the more and more serious environment in essence ,and to protect and improve the environment,in order to make the sustained developable strategy of human society come ture.Since 1970s,the theoretical research of the environmental education and the practical exploration have all maken great progress.But in mainland of China,many leaders and teachers in jonior middle schools all have some misunderstanding,because they started the environmental education late,and they were all lack of the theoretical knowledge.Because of the misunderstanding,it is an urgent job to constitute the theoretical frame and practical model conform with the junior middle school's actual conditions.What is the environmental education?Which problems are there in the environmental education of junior middle schools?How to develop the environmental education in junior geography education?And how to evaluate the environmental education in junior middle schools?It is a further and systematical task .There are mainly three parts in the thesis.Part one,analyse the state of the environmental education in China and foreign countries .The environmental education will be mature through practice,it should make people understand the relationship between people and the environmental education, it also can improve people's consciousness.Part two,analyse the present situation of the environmental education in junior middle schools and the problems about it.We have found lots of problems through the environmental education and the questionaires about it form the junior middle school students.Part three,discuss the value and aim of the environmental education in junior middle schools.First of all, analyse the relationship between geography education and environmental education.Then constitute the system of aims of environmental education in junior middle schools,in view of the present problem.Emphasise to analyse the ways for achieving the aims of environmental education in geography education of junior middle schools. And draft the principle and criterion of environmental education's evaluation in geography education of junior middle schools.
