Creation is the times features in the 21th Century. In substance, international competition is education strategy, is national diathesis, is the national creative capability, is the competition between the quantity of the creative talents reserve and the effect of these talents. For this reason, the most important question that should be resolved in the 21th Century is how to creative and bring up numbers of qualified personnel who have creative ability.The importance of the creative and talent person's development lies in educating a high standard of creative type kindergarten teacher troops. The creative type kindergarten teachers are the excellent representatives who represent a certain influential community, their growths and developments have a very important influence on the development of kindergarten teacher troops. This research based on the domestic and international theories, as well as my thoughts and experiences over a long period of time in kid's education. The research puts forward the creative type kindergarten teacher's connotation, main characteristics (cognition characteristic, personality characteristics and behavior characteristic). Through the investigation of the creative type kindergarten teacher's quality structure, the research puts forward that the creative type kindergarten teacher should have five qualities, including educational ideas, knowledge structure, intelligence structure, ability structure and professional affections.Through the exploration of creative type kindergarten teacher's growth and development process, through the analysis of the internal cause and the external cause that effect the creative type kindergarten teacher's growth. I summed up the equilibrium and stage regulation of the creative type kindergarten teachers' growing up. The research advances that the creative type kindergarten teacher's growth must experience four stages: 1. the stage of the knowledge preparation; 2. the stage of the exploration adaptation; 3. the stage of the development and mature; 4. the stage of the replace and creation. The research believes the kindergarten training is most available methods to the creative type kindergarten teacher and puts forward four valid paths and methods of the creative type kindergarten teacher: 1.The method of self-development; 2.The method of improving by practice; 3.The method of combining of special and all-round; 4.The method of group cooperation. According to these four methods, the creative type teacher came out from state of passive development. This research advanced the rule of kindergarten teacher's independent, special and professional turning.
