With the establishment of Chinese reform and opening up and the socialistic economic system, the social competition tends to be more drastic, sense of worth more multivariant, interpersonal relationship more complicated, the living pace more quickly and the gap between the rich and poor more widening. All mentioned above will hit the mental burden of the sensitive students to a certain degree. The youth students of 21st century are the backbone of the country, on whose shoulders it lies the important mission to build a well-off society in a all-round way. The inner quality will become more important for those pre-service teachers who will have to shoulder more social responsibilities. They have to face up to the difficulties and instability of choosing a future job, but the new changes, new problems and pressures from studying and working, combined with the limitation of students immaturity and adaptive capacity, which all lead to various mental disorders. Thus, a new subject is posed to educators to notice and improve the situations mentioned above.The paper is to survey the grade difference of pre-service teachers'mental health, which based on the author's own experience of educational administration and psychological teaching by the way of psychological measurement, questionnaire survey, interview and documentary research. The paper is divided into four parts.
