Investigations And Researches To The Mental Health Of The Grade Teacher In Dong Chuan Distinct

The quality of the basic education of China depends on the grade teachers' quality to a great extent. It's very important for teachers who are in very poor living and teaching conditions in the schools of outlying poor areas to be in mental health. Using the investigation method, I began my research chiefly with the mental 1 health problem of the grade teachers in Dongchuan Distinct. And I have carried on the research to this problem from six respects.Here are the results of the investigation on the condition of the teachers' mental health state in Dongchuan Distinct.1.4.31 percent of the grade teachers in Dongchuan Distinct, have different degrees of mental problems. There are no clear differences of the level of total mental state health between the men teachers and women teachers. The level of their total mental state health is obviously lower than the whole level of our national adults', but higher than the whole level of the teacher's in the primary and junior schools of our country;2.The problems of the teachers' mental state of the grade teachers in Dongchuan Distinct are mainly shown in the following: changeable in one's body, constrained, suppressed, hostile and worry. Men teachers' mental problems are shown like the following: constrained, changeable in one's body, stubborn, sensitive among the social interaction, suppressed, hostile, worried about the sleep and the food while the women teachers'mental problems are: constrained, changeable in one's body, suppressed, hostile and worried. Male teachers are more easily to be sensitive, stubborn, and to have some barriers in the social interaction.3. The level of their total mental state health is obviously lower than the whole level of our national adults', There are no clear differences of the level of total mental state health between the teachers and the other area in our country.4. The level of the female teachers' mental state higher than the level of the male teacher's in Dongchuan Distinct.5. The level of the city teachers' mental state higher than the level of the rural teacher's in Dongchuan Distinct.On the foundation of the inspection in this area, after I analyzed the influence factors on the mental state the health among the grade teachers in . Dongchuan Distinct and I linked my opinion with it, I pointed the countermeasures how to carry the mental health education of the grade teachers in Dongchuan Distinct.
