| The seventh grade is the first semester of students entering the junior high school stage and also entered the early stages of youth.From elementary school to junior high school,the seventh grade students face not only the transition between schools,but also the re-establishment of interpersonal relationships,the improvement of learning requirements,and changes in teaching methods.At the same time,students also have to face the various changes and influences brought about by entering adolescence,all of which bring great psychological pressure and confusion to students and make them tired to cope.The current mental health education can't satisfy the psychological needs of students.The mental health education classes systematically carry out mental health education for all students are organize in the form of class,what strive to achieve the biggest improvement of mental health education in giving time.On the basis of understanding the development of mental health education in schools,this paper studies and discusses the connotation and definition of mental health education and curriculum.At the same time,the present situation and teaching materials of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in China are investigated and studied.And mental health education curriculum is defined as: according to the characteristics of the students' physical and mental development,in order to cultivate and promote the middle school students' mental health,for the purpose of through activities,experience,discussion,training,teaching mode,to student's learning,interpersonal,life in a planned way,with the purpose of counselling,help them form correct self-awareness,good ability to adapt and self-regulation ability,enhance their psychological pressure to bear ability,can effective response from a variety of conditions,learning,life,human smoothly through the adolescent mental health education activities.In view of the current situation of "lack of unified teaching materials and implementation standards" and "insufficient professional level of teachers" in mental health education of primary and secondary schools in China,this paper conducted a self-compiled online questionnaire survey on local primary and secondary school students,teachers and administrators.Through the investigation,it is found that students do not know enough about mental health education,and they have high demands in learning,emotion,interpersonal relationship and adolescence,etc.,so psychological teachers are powerless to carry out their work and the current situation of mental health education in which management personnel respond to assessment.Based on the current situation of mental health education in local primary and secondary schools and the actual psychological needs of students,this paper develops and implements the curriculum of mental health education in grade 7 in accordance with the requirements of "guiding outline".The course is based on the characteristics of students in the development stage of "self-identity" and the requirements of shaping positive qualities.Under the guidance of the guidelines for development,follow the design principles,clear design objectives.According to the seventh grade students' development,communication,learning and self-discipline,determine the theme of the course,as well as the key psychological qualities to be shaped in each class.After a detailed analysis of the practical situation of the seventh grade students,it is finally determined that the curriculum will be designed from the four aspects of "learning to develop,learning to learn,learning to communicate and learning to discipline".The curriculum development will take "experience--communication--exploration--problem solving" as the main line for the design,giving consideration to the principle of interest,experience,inspiration,etc.,will collect the students' development "problem" material to organize,develop a scientific and reasonable,coherent system of seventh grade mental health education curriculum.The developed curriculum is constantly improved and optimized in the implementation process of local schools to ensure that the curriculum meets the practical psychological needs of grade 7 students,ADAPTS to their psychological development characteristics,improves their mental health level,and tests the applicability of the curriculum design.Through the development,design and implementation of the seventh grade mental health education curriculum,this article constantly improves the curriculum links and settings in order to provide a practical teaching material for teachers to carry out mental health education work and help promote the mental health development level of seventh grade students.It has realized the all-round development of students and the implementation of quality education. |
