The value theory of the human sciences education in universities in our country is weak, its practice direction is not clear and the specific measures are not efficient. All this has prevented the promotion of comprehensive qualities of university students and the perfection and increase of the training of talents. It is necessary for spiritual civilization and quality education in universities to enhance the human science education, pay attention to value base research, make clear its theoretical content, and build an atmosphere for human science education and the training of general education talents. The aim of this paper is to construct theoretically a whole pattern for the human sciences education in universities, and accordingly, to put forward the practical tactics. The main research technique used in this paper is the combination of theoretical studies and practical studies, while qualitative study measures, descriptive study means, parallel and historical study methods, ethnological study ways are applied synthetically, with those to open out a perfect humanistic sight under the situation of the university education, and to explore its necessity and feasibility.
