Discussion Of Educational Problem That "Rear Children" In The Countryside

In the urbanization course of the high-speed society shift in china, the migratory population flows day by day. In recent 20 years, the floating population keeps increasing, which has already exceeded 100 million until 2000 census. The floating population is mainly the workforce between 20 and 50, who flows from countryside to the city. With the lasting enlargement of the population of township-city civilian worker, the population of floating children flows as well. Meanwhile, the study of floating children is mainly focusing on the children in city. The relatively statistics and theory study show that it has made a great achievement. In contrast, there is little study on rear children's living conditions, protection, development and so on.In this article, the author intends to discuss the current situation of rear children, to give some advice and suggestion on the solution.This article focuses on analyzing the study current situation and characteristics. Furthermore, connecting the rear children's situation in Enshi, to analyse and solve the main problems in the teaching of rear children. At last, it points out the solution to solve these problems. This is not only a problem of education and population, but a problem of society, which can't be solved without endeavor of the whole society. To solve this problem, people should ally power from government,school,family and so on.
