Education is the activity of cultivating people,and the fundamental task of education is to establish moral education.The public physical education course Civic Politics in colleges and universities is an important part of the physical education course Civic Politics in colleges and universities.The successful implementation of the public sports course thought politics is an important foundation for the implementation of the fundamental goal of moral education in colleges and universities,and is responsible for the important task of cultivating talents with comprehensive development.It is an important part of the daily teaching of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,which is to integrate the thought-politics elements contained in the physical education courses into the public physical education courses,to teach students professional knowledge and skills of physical education,and to guide students to establish correct values,moral sentiment and will quality through a subtle way,so as to finally realize their all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development.The study takes the current situation,dilemma and solution paths of the implementation of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities as the research object,through the study of some college students,public physical education teachers and managers of public physical education courses in 10 colleges and universities,including Guangxi University,Guangxi University for Nationalities,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanning Normal University,Guangxi Police College,Guangxi Foreign Language Institute,Nanning College,Guangxi Vocational Teachers’ College,Guangxi Early Childhood Teachers’ College and Nanning Polytechnic Institute.A random survey of physical education teachers and public physical education course administrators was conducted to explore the current situation,dilemmas and solution paths of the implementation of the Civic Government of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities by using various methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,factor analysis method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the research samples.The current situation of the public physical education course in Guangxi colleges and universities includes: the students’ understanding and participation in the course of thinking politics(teaching participation,teaching evaluation participation)are insufficient,the students’ recognition of the course of thinking politics is low,the students’ satisfaction with the teaching content and teaching methods of the course of thinking politics is low;the teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities do not know enough about the course of thinking politics,the teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities have low awareness of the importance of integrating thinking politics in teaching.The teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities are less aware of the importance of education,the teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities are not sufficiently aware of and educated in thinking politics,the teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities pay less attention to the integration of thinking politics elements in the teaching process,the innovative teaching methods of thinking politics are less,the implementation results of thinking politics teaching objectives are poor,and the teachers of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities are less satisfied with the current situation of the implementation of thinking politics in the curriculum.The factors influencing the current situation of the implementation of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities are: the factor of top-level design of colleges and universities,the lack of obvious coordination and propaganda role of colleges and universities,the training system of public physical education teachers in Guangxi colleges and universities for thinking and government needs to be improved,the teaching evaluation system and incentive mechanism of public physical education teachers in Guangxi colleges and universities have not been perfected;the factor of students’ cognition,the lack of students’ awareness of course thinking and government,the lack of students’ The cognitive factors of students,students’ awareness of the course Civics is not high,and the level of Civics literacy of teachers needs to be improved.The dilemmas of public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities are: the participation attitude of teachers and students in public physical education courses in Guangxi colleges and universities is not active,and the evaluation system and incentive mechanism of public physical education courses teachers in Guangxi colleges and universities need to be established.In order to solve the deficiencies existing in the process of construction of public physical education course Civics in Guangxi colleges and universities,the following solution paths are proposed: to play the role of coordination and propaganda in the implementation of college course Civics to guaranteeThe implementation effect;innovate the teaching carrier of course Civic Politics to deepen students’ Civic Politics cognition;strengthen the construction of physical education teachers’ team,strengthen teachers’ Civic Politics awareness,enhance Civic Politics cognition and improve education ability;build a diversified teaching evaluation system and improve teachers’ evaluation and incentive mechanism.
