Along with the education for all-around development's further deepening, with the steady steps of the curriculum reforms, the import- ance of high quality teacher troop construction comes out day by day. The teacher is the key point of the curriculum reform. The level of the teachers professionalization influents directly and even decides the curriculum implement's direction, quality and depth. The teacher needs to renew the education ideas, needs to sharpen the education abilities, needs to transform the education and so on, but the traditional on-the-job training, the school record reaches continuing education way and so on are lack of the initiatives, pointed and actual effect, which are not obvious to promote the levels of teachers professionalization, and could not satisfy the needs of this challenge. This article unifies the reality of elementary and middle schools' work, proposes school-based teaching research as the breach, explores the methods and ways of realizing the teachers professionalization growth and development under the promise of school-based, its key points lie in the function of the school-based teaching research, main problems and reason analyses of current the school-based teaching research as well as the thinking of the school-based teaching research reform. To prove by these above that the school-based teaching research is the road leading to teachers professionalization. This text divides into four parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the author's understanding of the school-based teaching research realistic development situation, and the reasons of choosing this topic to take the research , domestic and foreign teachers professionalization as well as the achievements of the school-based teaching research to this topic research mentality and method. The second part summarizes the connotation of the teachers professionalization, and the relations with the school-based teaching research. The third part mainly introduces the main problems existed in the school-based teaching research, and analyzes their reasons. The fourth part elaborates in detail how to face the school-based teaching research, how to change the present situation of the school-based teaching research, how to implement the school-based teaching research and so on , in order to promote the teachers professsionalization development.
