The thesis makes the Primary School attatched to Shijiazhuang Foreign Language School as its subject, and explores both theories and practice according to the situation, problems, factors and sollutions in the process of Teachers Professionalization. The Primary School attatched to SFLS was built in 2000, in which the development of teachers is, generally speaking, satisfactory, and the patential of this development is still great. How to seize the present opportunity of promoting Teachers Professionalization in order to evoke the sustainable development of the school? As a headmaster, the writer starts from the investigation, and over a series of survey, forum, discussion and analyzation, the writer finally determines the topic"making the School-base the foothold, Research on Integration of Teaching, Training and Research". The writer is doing this research from the following aspedts:Fistl of all, the growth of teachers is shown in the changing of mind and updating of idea. The manager should be able to transform the development of Teachers Professionalization into spontaneous need of teachers themselves by means of establish mechanism, system and atmosphere. Moreover, the manager should laid the atmosphere as the foundation of Professionallization.Secondly, a good campus environment and human management provide teachers with a relaxing atmosphere and a fully performing stage, which evoke teachers to tap their patential. A satisfactory campus atmosphere can be the catalyzer of Teachers Professionalization.Thirdly, the professionalization is a long way to go. It's a lifelong question for each teacher. Consequently, with our school-base as the foothold, we start all kinds of training according to each teacher's condition. And we put the topic research as the ladder, the class as the base. We make our school-base training, educational research the necessities in Teachers Professionalzation.Besides, headmasters take part in this Professioalization and take the role of a cooperator, whose main function is in service. Headmasters keep finding the motive for teachers'professinal growth and help teachers realize their"value"out of responsibilities, so that school and teachers can gain the sustainable capacity at the same time.Last but not the least, parents of students play a role of partner in the process. In primary schools, the work of parents and the professional growth of teachers are joint together. Only when teachers and parents support each other, rely on each other, maintain the merits and make up the shortcomings, can they both make a progess and be able to make the students the real beneficiaries, and develop the teachers'profession.All in all, over the emplimentation of"making the School-base the foothold, Research on Integration of Teaching, Training and Research", teachers in our school show a better ability of mastering textbooks and further–developed competence of cooperating, putting the new sylllabus into effect, and guiding the learning methods. They are breaking the records in all kins and all grades of competitions. Fame of the school is growing greatly; so is the school's social status.Nevertheless, aiming at turning each teacher into a really excellent one, we find it not enough to gain a further development if teachers just rely on school's guidance and the mutural help among collegues. What role should individual play in the process? Based on the Teachers Professionalization Development and the analysis of classroom teaching activities, we diagnose that there must be a reflection process. But on this point, we're still in exploration for experience and practise. In next period, we're going to focus on these problems, tap our patential, borrow extra resources so as to promote Teachers Professionalization Development.
