This thesis explains the meaning of preschool multicultural education, discusses research background and significance, introduces research object, content, method and process, illuminates points of research characteristic and innovation.Secondly, this thesis expatiates the theoretical of preschool multicultural education (including human developmental ecology theory, the group socialization theory of development, cooperative study theory); reviews national scholars' researches about preschool multicultural education (while research of foreign researchers focus on the definition , curriculum ,concepts and goals et al, researches of native researchers concentrate, curriculum ,value ,content et al.)Thirdly, this thesis mostly adopts five research methods, i.e. the literature method, questionnaire method, observe method, interview methodand written material analysis method to study the existing circumstances of preschool multicultural education.(including the kindergarden's leader teacher and parents'comprehension to the definition and value of the preschool multicultural education et al.)Finally, this thesis analyze the existing circumstances of preschool multicultural education in Dezhou, points out the existing problems and shortcomings, suggests the relevant reformative strategies to the preschool multicultural education of Dezhou.
