Multicultural Education permits and ensures the developments of all kinds of ethnical culture with equal in order to enrich the entire national culture under the national society that multiculture coexists background. It includes educating the aspect contents such as concept, educational policy as well as educational practice. Multicultural education is not only the outcome of the western national sport of 60-70 decade of national revive in the 20 century, but also the result of the different group in multicultural society between conflict and compromise in order to defend self benefit. With objective, the unceasing development of socioeconomy and the advance of science and technology has offered convenient condition for people carrying out cultural exchange. Multicultural education was introduced to our country in the beginning of 90 decade in 20 century by the West. In soon afterwards 10 few years , the scholar of our country studies for it, in which introduction is mostly, and it is more few to transplant in the research of the national education or ordinary education of our country. The introduction of multicultural education lacks of overallness and systematicness. And" transplantion " set up its correctness in advance, it is rare to criticize and review. This makes the educational field of our country especially national educational some misunderstandings. This research aims at clarifying the conception theoretically, in which is easy to obscure but is also very important. To make clear of the develops train of western multicultural education and to introduce western typical multicultural pedagogy are the aim of my research. I analyses and appraise for the criticism of multicultural education in my study. On these foundation , the approval of the author should follow minority education " multivariate unifinication educational theory " to develop the minority education of our country via analyzing the situation of the minority education of our country. This paper includes some following aspects mainly:Preface: Selection of subject determine, as well as the research present situation of the scholar of our country for western multicultural education. In this research good fortune and challenge coexist.The first part: The theory and conception were introduced including conception and theory foundation of multicultural educate as well as the goal and the essence, It have clarified obscure of multicultural educational conception, in order to establish the foundation of this study.The second part has looked back the rise and development process ofwestern multicultural education. Immigrant population Increasing and presenting diversity as well as the sport of national revive form the factor that western multicultural education springs up and develops. Multicultural education has gone through by unitary national research stage to multivariate national research stage to opposing racism educational stage. There are three stages. They have revealed the historical origin of western multicultural education.The 3rd part has introduced the historical development course of western multicultural education , from unitary national educational stage to multivariate national educational stage to multicultural educational stage to multicultural education deepen stage. In the aspect of planning curriculum, it is representative of the curriculum theory of James A.Banks and lynch and some other multicultural E.S .The penman sum up its curriculum pattern.The 4th part: In the process of multicultural education development, multicultural education encountered the criticism of people from time to time, The criticism can divide into the viewpoint of conservatives and the viewpoint of radicals. This two style viewpoints have reflected that the group of main stream and the group of non-main stream strive for more right and realization self group desire oppose through multicultural education.The 5th part is the Choice and the hint of multicultural education.
