In the new era, the teaching of Chinese language lesson should keep the pace of the ties and focus on cultivating students' creativity and practical ability. The learning theory of structuralism shows that the individual knowledge is structured initiatively in the process of the interaction between individual and object. The theories such as the concept of practice and recognition of Marxism demonstrate that man's activity, which can also promote the man's development. Through these theories, 1 have been working on the special topic research during teaching Chinese language lesson, in order to decrease the teaching time at class, and to arouse the students' positiveness of participating in study activity, to develop the students' initiative of self-research. Meanwhile, I have been trying to enable the students to learn during "activity", to develop during "initiative", to enrich knowledge during "cooperation" and to innovate during "research".On the basis of further theory research, I have formed overall recognition to the special topic research.The content and the way of Chinese language study have provided a wide space for the special topic research of the Chinese language lesson; the current teaching material is characterized by that every unit becomes an individual section and forms its ready-made topic, which is convenient to the teachers to organize the students to carry out the research in the form that the students divide the topic of each unit into some small questions as the sub special topic.If the special topic is designed properly, it can stimulate the students to develop the initiative of participating in the research; the aim of the special topic research can not be confined to master the limited knowledge, but to cover the ability and emotion aim; to make sure that the special topic research will be carried out successfully, and the design of the research scheme must be detailed, and the students' collective wisdom will be developed to design the research scheme elaborately.Abide by the implement principle during the practice, and explain the implement procedures of the special topic research in specific cases (choosing theresearch topic......design the research scheme------search and process theinformation......carry out the various research......exchange and judge the result),and conclude the usual ways of research.Evaluation is not only criterion but also orientation. The feature of the researching study and the multiple practice are combined to present the evaluation scheme of the special topic research. In order to operate it easily, some tables will be designed according to the evaluation criterion, such as the tables to evaluate the individual or collective, to the students or teachers, and to self-criticism or criticizing others. The students can consider their own research situation according the tables. Research should be our usual way to evaluate, which can thoroughly show the students' real situation. The aim of evaluation is to help the students find the gap and stimulate them to develop themselves.
