Setting "Special topic" is a feature of junior high school Chinese textbook of Jiangsu Education Press. Through the methods of Literature Research, Case Analysis and so on, firstly, this study gives an outline of "Special topic", then points out the striking features and positive effects on middle and high school "Special topic" study in the dimensions of knowledge, ability and emotion. Secondly, this study analyzes the unreasonable places of "Special topic", the problems such as "False teaching" "Less teaching" and "No teaching", the present situations of learning in "Research-based Special topic" "Appreciation-based Special topic" "Activity-based Special topic", and the check of "Special topic" in Jiangsu Exam, to search for the reasons why the present situations of junior high school "Special topic" learning are not so good. As the key part of this study, the third chapter puts forward teachers teaching suggestions for the problems associated with Chapter II. Firstly, teachers can replan the teaching order and content in the "Special topic" teaching. Secondly, teachers need to recognize the "Special topic" roles of a Chinese "Special topic" teacher, a demonstration teacher and a teacher of resource sharing. In addition to, teachers need to give different guidance to different students in "Special topic" learning. In the end, teachers also need to play an active guiding role of Exam, to highlight the times and regionality.
