Compared with the former curriculum, the new curriculum has great breakthrough in its function, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management, etc. The new requests are put forward on teachers during the new curriculum implementation; it brings a great challenge as well as a good opportunity to teachers for their professional development.The new curriculum is a "new concept" to many teachers. If teachers want to become the motive of the curriculum reformation, they have to internalize the principle of the new curriculum. It needs various means such as teacher training to improve teachers' understanding to the new curriculum, and these methods should be immersed in and embodied the principle of the new curriculum. The new curriculum lays emphasis on autonomous study. Some training practice didn't pay enough attention to learner autonomy. In the training process, we cannot solely emphasize on the outer condition, we have to motivate teachers' internal strength so that they can improve themselves actively. Only in this way can the training yield ideal results.This research is intended to explore some methods and mechanism that can change the current mode of passive training for high school teachers and promote teachers' active and autonomous improvement, and provide some references for teacher training in the process of curriculum...
