It unfolds the infinite glamour of information age to us during a few years of its beginning in the 21st century. With the development of educational informatization and implement teacher professionization , the capability of educational technology (or ET) has become one of essential ingredients of a eligible teacher. During this period, the common curriculum modern educational technology (name as CMET hereinafter), which cultivates pre-teacher the capability of ET, has developed rapidly to meet the need of the age.Now all the normal universities give lessons with CMET to meet the need of the teachers' ET ability required by the educational informatization. But people have no enough preparation in theory for more and more great demand because CMET rises later. The amount of normal universities and the investment in CMET increase speedily, but the development of the construction of curriculum itself is slow. As the result of this maladjustment, problems such as the indistinct location of CMET value, vague teaching task have increased .The step of CMET development becomes more slow.It is a necessity of opening research of CMET under the predicament. These problems tamper with normal school students' educational technology ability and block the educational reform course. According to the challenge for teachers quality that put forward from basis education reform, the thesis first offers the state of the present status and problems at common curriculum of modern educational technology in normal school, quest for the reasons, point out the necessity of reconfiguration of normal school modern educational technology common curriculum system, and then aim at these reasons, have certain exploration on reconfiguration of modern educational technology common learning system, reorientate the curriculum objectives, reconstruct the educational technology common learning based on the guide theories and principles curriculum content arrangement, at last, writer try to put forward six implementation strategy for educational technology common course:1. Strengthen the teachers' educational technology literacy, improve the teacher's professional ability;2. Change the teaching way, enrich behaviors of the class;3. Strengthen the integration of education technology and other disciplines;4. Strengthen educational technology activity lesson;5. Create digital study surround6. Change the appraisal of the common curriculum of educational technology.
