The 21st century is a knowledge-economy era. In such an age, the possess and distribution of intelligence resource, the production, distribution and use of knowledge, have become the most important elements. The coming of knowledge-economy era has changed our human process and knowledge management has become a very popular forward field, which receives great attention from the economics, library information and education circles both at home and abroard. The middle school is a knowledge-concentrated organization, where the most important assets are the teachers' professional knowledge that is the wisdom capital which knowledge management emphasizes. Knowledge management is a vital weapon for the organization and individuls to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society, thus they can cope with various challenges successfully. In the same way, the application and research of knowledge management for middle school teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers' profession and quality, or for the improvement of the comprehensive competition ability in schools which are now in face of the new curriculum reform, or for the stable and fast development, of the basic education in our country.However, the managers and teachers in many schools don't have a better understanding for teachers' KM. In view of this situation, the author has made a systematic study on middle school teachers' knowledge.Firstly, I had read a lot of the domestic and international literature, most of which are about knowledge management and teachers' knowledge. Based on the analysis of documents, the questionair on KM was designed and the data from it was sorted out and analyzed. Some relevant strategies are then put forward.The thesis is divided into the following parts:Chapter 1 Introduction, Introduce the background, significance, target, content, methods and the possible innovation of the research.Chapter 2 knowledge, Teachers' knowledge, KM and Teachers' KM, the author deals with the concept, classification and change in knowledge, the concept, classification and charactenristics of teachers' knowledge, the origin, concept, study...
