Facing the new era, the new education idea and education behavior, the teachersand students are faced with enormous challenges. In today’s society the teachers needhave four sorts of ability, such as fast adaptation, innovation at any time, lifelonglearning and knowledge sharing, and personal knowledge management is effectivemeans for each knowledge worker to build their core competitiveness and ability toimprove their literacy."If a good cook wants to cook delicious dishes, in addition torely on the chef’s mind, he must rely on some tools. Knowledge management is alsoso, effective knowledge management must rely on knowledge management tools, andbehind personal knowledge management tools, it is a personal knowledgemanagement concept, methods, if you don’t understand these concept and methods,tool is equal to zero."Therefore, this article based on certain theoretical research, willfocus on application strategy of the teachers’ personal knowledge management tools.Based on the above thinking, this article can be divided into five parts: the firstpart combed research literature about the Chinese and foreign teachers’ knowledgemanagement, and understand the research status at home and abroad. The second partdefines the knowledge, knowledge management, personal knowledge management,teachers’ personal knowledge management, teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement tools such as concept, provide theoretical basis for teachers’ practicalknowledge management. The third part is the study about the present situation ofprimary school teachers’ personal knowledge management and the status quo ofteachers’ application of knowledge management tools, analyzes the problems existingin the primary school teachers’ knowledge management. The fourth part firstly byliterature analysis of universal application status of teacher knowledge managementtool, selects targeted applicability on teachers’ knowledge management tools for theknowledge management case analysis; And then, from the third part learn the researchof teacher knowledge management tools in common case analysis, analyze the casereflecting the thought of knowledge management, provide the basis for strategy is putforward. Fifth part put forward the selection strategy of teachers’ personal knowledgemanagement tool, improvement and application on the results of case analysis.
