Since 1990s, with the rapid development of basic educational course reform in our country, educational assessment become very important. It is not only one of the important tasks of studying in theory and practice of education in recent years, but also one of the urgent problems to be solved in the development of basic educational reform.The theory of humanism, modernism and the multiple intelligences and national course reform of basic education have supplied the sufficient research foundation for implementing multi-dimensional educational assessment. The thesis focus on the features of multi-dimension, expanding and forming of multi-dimensional educational assessment and overcomes the method defects of singleness and blankness in the traditional educational assessment. In many aspects such as content, goal, subject and function, multi-dimensional methods have been implemented in the thesis. In the joint point of theory and practice, whole structure was constructed, step in practical process was made, and the systematical software of multi-dimensional educational assessment was designed for course of information technology of middle school and primary school.
