Multiple intelligence theory (MIT) is put forward by the American educator Howard ? Gardner concerning mankind intelligences and has achieved success in worldwide teaching practice. With the reform of the new round of curriculum student's comprehensive abilities are required to be developed. However many problems occur in the senior high information technology instruction, such as ways of teaching, objectives of teaching, teaching evaluation and so on. The writer of this paper attempts to apply multiple intelligences theory to information technology teaching. with a view to finding a solution to the problems that existed, Hence the research is on this.Chapter one makes a review of the development process of information technology curriculum as well as Teaching objectives of information technology curriculum.Chapter two account for the content of multiple intelligence theory and its basic views, it's application both at home and abroad. The problems are founded in the now senior high information technology teaching. Multiple intelligences theory to the teaching of information technology to achieve the goal of the Enlightenment.Chapter three proposes how to apply multiple intelligences theory in information technology teaching to develop student's intelligences.Chapter four is the focus of this article, elaborates on the teaching experiment of information technology teaching through the application of multiple intelligences theory. It proves true that to develop student's intelligence, to strengthen student's advantage intelligence and improve students' information literacy by experiment.Chapter five is analysis the experiment's results and problems, also proposes teaching suggestions.
