Study On The Enterprise Education In Higher Professional Colleges And Universities

Since 1990s, with the economic development, the adjustment of industrial structure, the fast advancement of urbanization and the deep reform of government, the heavy burden of employment has arisen. It is a serious social problem now. It is very important and of realistic significance to guides graduates in higher professional colleges and universities to transform the enterprise education, to cultivate a large number of individuals to enhance the employment competitive power and get out of the difficult employment position.This paper is written in such setting on the necessity of guiding graduates in higher professional colleges and universities to transform the enterprise education and systematical and practical analysis, trying to find the problems existing in guiding graduates in higher professional colleges and universities to transform the enterprise education, analyzing the reasons causing the problems and putting forward the proposals to solve them.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is on the concept and connotation of enterprise education. The second states the background and necessity of enterprise education. The third chapter is on the theory studying enterprise education. The fourth part is on the actualities of enterprise education in higher professional colleges and universities basing on questionnaires. The fifth part puts forward strategies in this field. The sixth part is about the conclusion reached and the author's proposals to solve the problems in higher professional colleges and universities.According to the inner logic of things, by means of investigation, statistics, comparing ways, etc, this thesis states and studies the above content.
